HELLBOY II: The Golden Army

I just watched Hellboy II: The Golden Army. Assuming everybody already knows about the story, for those who don't here's what it was basically about. A long time ago there was a war between man and the alliance of elves and other magical creatures. Tired of the blood shed, the one armed elf king, King something(I forgot the name)agreed to a goblin's proposal to build an army with no remorse, no etcetera etcetera(the golden army duhhh). The golden army slaughtered without remorse and regard for life so the king sealed them away and a truce with man was in effect. The elf prince Nuada(Jet Li in disguise) was so emo and he didn't trust man so he killed his father, stole the pieces of the crown and resurrected the golden army. And hellboy beat his ass in the end. THE END. Oh, and Firestarter is pregnant with twins. Third film spoiler!
I was umm... entertained by it, especially the part where Hellboy and Abe Sapien get drunk. "I can't smile without youuuuuu....". And why do they always refer to the golden army's number as "seventy times seventy"? Diba mas madaling sabihin ang 4900? Prince Nuada IS Jet Li in disguise, believe me.

I love riding a jeep at late hours of the night or the wee hours of the morning. It's always been an amusing exprience for me, one way or the other. Here are a couple of stories:
I was on my way home from school... It was around 10PM. Around Welcome Rotonda a couple of women got on the jeep. They were dressed up, verry dressed up(you know what kind i mean). When the jeep got around Quezon Avenue, they immediately got off and got in the Lancer that was tailing the jeep. They BOTH got in. Then as we were descending down the underpass crossing EDSA. The Lancer stopped. One of the women got off and then the Lancer drove on. I lold at that one. Akala ko bigatin ung naka Lancer. Di pala kaya AHAHAHAHAHA!
Another story. This time I was going home around 1AM. I came from an umfriend's house. Inside the jeep were ten passengers, myself included. And at the back of the driver was a very very drunk guy. So far as we were nearing Philcoa, it was a pretty uneventful ride. Then just past Philcoa the drunk fell from his seat and onto the floor. The driver turned around and said " Hoy! Kung di mo kayang dalhin yang kalasingan mo, wag kan uminom!". Groggily, the drunk asked around "Saan? Saan ko dadalhin?". True Story.

Tulad Ng Dati

I just got a chance to watch the film "Tulad Ng Dati". Yung film na andun ung The Dawn. It was a great film, in my humble opinion. The plot was short and straightforward if you think about it, but what I liked about it was that it made me think. And I think everybody's been in that place where you just want to turn back the clock to how things were.

On a sidenote, I wanna go back to Japan already. I'll prolly be back there December or October. I just wanna forget about the whole of last week. That week was crap, especially friday and saturday. I wish it never would have happened.
5 months. It was a good run.

Right now everything's so messed up. I have too much work, I have a someone who I'm not sure if we are what we seem to be. School's ok though, but not as ok as the hectic one we had last term.
As much as I hate to admit it, I miss the days when everything was so simple. The engineering days, days when all I did was go to school then go to work, sleep, and goof around. Go to a convention or two. I really curse last term. Not academically but in a different sense. Why did I have to meet that person.... everything was wonderfully planned already. Maybe it was stupid taking a second course when you've already finished a first one... Kusooooooooooooo..

Nakuha ko na grades ko ng 2nd term...ang pinaka-nakaka-kupal na term. Pero ok lng, pag ang GPA mo ba rin naman ay 3.0, nabawi ung kakupalan nung nagdaang term. Dalawang 2.5 tsaka 3.5 ba naman ung grades eh... Pang-skolar shet! Partida marami pa ko absent nun.
Nung nakita ko nga ung grades ko, isa lang gusto ko itanong sa mga nasasalubong ko. "BAKIT ANG GALING KO?" nyahahaha
